Our handcrafted, traditional saunas sit in serene, private natural settings two miles apart — two by the lake at Fallen Willow, one big one in the Woodland. Whether you want to unwind after a long day, spend time with friends or simply take a moment of peace, release the stresses of the outside world and let hot and cold do the rest.

Nestled within a privately owned forest: a spacious, luxurious wood-fired sauna for 8–10, three freshwater plunge baths, cold showers, fire pits, the Karma Tree, valley views and woodland walks.

The Woodland Sauna · seats 8–10
Cold: Three Urban Ice Tribe freshwater plunge baths — two baths and “Big Bertha”, the large circular one — plus two cold showers.

Jo, a mother of three, has taught yoga at JOGA since 2011. A dedicated sauna enthusiast, she trained as a Sauna Master with Deborah Carr and Jesse Inferno, and encourages others to take charge of their health, happiness and wellbeing.

Jon, father of three grown-up children, is a born-and-bred, elephant-loving South African and an outdoor enthusiast — usually found mountain-biking, hiking or kayaking.
